Our delivery service covers the areas where our community lives and studies:

• We currently offer delivery within JOOUST main campus and nearby hostels
• This includes all on-campus residences, lecture halls, and common areas
• Deliveries outside this area may take longer or require confirmation from the delivery team
• You'll always be notified if your delivery location is outside our usual routes
• We're constantly expanding our coverage based on demand and community needs

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the same day
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders made after 4:00 PM are delivered the next day
• You'll receive updates at every step — from order confirmation to delivery arrival
• Delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, or seller preparation time
• We'll notify you immediately if there are any unexpected delays

We keep delivery affordable for our community:

• Free Delivery: Delivery is free for all orders within JOOUST campus and also outside campus
• No hidden charges or surprise fees at checkout
• If you're outside campus, the delivery team will let you know if an extra fee applies (usually minimal)
• We'll always confirm delivery details before dispatch

To track your delivery:

• Log in to your account on JOOUST Online Market
• Go to My Orders → Track Order
• You'll see live updates on your item's delivery status
• Track stages include: Order Confirmed → Processing → Out for Delivery → Delivered

Notifications:

• You'll receive an SMS or in-app notification once the rider is on the way
• Real-time updates keep you informed about any delays
• You can contact the delivery team directly through the order page if needed

When your order arrives, here's what to expect:

• Our delivery personnel will contact you before arrival to coordinate the handover
• Confirm your order details and payment method (cash or M-Pesa)
• Always check your item before marking it as "Delivered" in the system
• Verify that the product matches the description and is in good condition
• If you notice any issue, you can report it directly under the order details immediately
• Complete payment only after you're satisfied with your order

We work hard to ensure smooth deliveries, but if something goes wrong:

• If your delivery is delayed, you'll receive an update via SMS or in-app notification
• Common reasons for delays include high order volume, weather conditions, or seller preparation time
• For missing or incorrect deliveries, go to Help → Report an Issue and include your order ID
• Our support team will investigate thoroughly and respond promptly
• We'll review and resolve your case as fast as possible — usually within 2 hours
• You may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the situation
